How much does it cost?

£19.99 per brief, covering one defined area. You get two AI design options and one minor revision. The full £19.99 comes back as credit on your next Lights 4 You order of £100 or more, placed within 30 days.

What’s a ‘defined area’?

A single part of your property: the roofline, one tree, the pergola, the front elevation, the back garden. One brief covers one area. If you want several areas designed, submit a brief for each.

How long does it take?

Once you’ve paid, your two designs land within 5 working days.

Can I change my mind after I see the designs?

You get one minor revision included — swap a colour, reposition some lights, that sort of thing. Bigger changes (different area, different look entirely) count as a new brief.

What do you do with my photos?

We use them to create your designs and reply to you, then delete them. We don’t share them, publish them or use them for marketing without asking you first.

Will the real thing look exactly like the design?

No — AI designs are an impression, not a photograph of the finished install. Exact bulb count, brightness and colour rendering vary. Think of the design as a strong indication of the look and feel, not a pixel-perfect prediction.
